Beta terms
Updated 20 October 2026.
This is a publicly accessible beta. Public sales are not open. Commercial terms, operator details and a support contact must be finalized before launch.
What the editor does
ClippyTag adds a custom signature and optional styled captions to video clips. Supported inputs are MP4, MOV and WebM files, and supported public TikTok video links. Source downloads are limited to 150 MB. Editor clips must also be no longer than 3 minutes. Source availability, speech recognition and browser export support can vary.
Your content
Use only content that you own or have permission to download, process and share. You retain your rights to your content. Removing a platform watermark or adding a signature does not transfer ownership, prevent copying, remove license obligations or replace creator attribution. Do not use the service to impersonate a creator or claim somebody else’s work.
Free exports
The Free editor provides 10 completed exports per account, total, with a ClippyTag brand mark and output up to 1080p. TikTok source downloads remain free and do not use the editor allowance. Failed or canceled exports release their reservation; an interrupted reservation expires after two hours. Reservations prevent simultaneous exports from exceeding the allowance. Import and preview do not require sign-in. Sign-in is required for editor exports; source downloads do not require an account. Short-term rate limits protect the downloader from abuse and provider overload.
Planned Pro subscription
Pro is planned at €9.99 per month with automatic monthly renewal until canceled. It removes the required ClippyTag mark and enables original-resolution export where supported. It does not turn a low-resolution clip into genuine 4K. Checkout is not active in this preview, and viewing a plan does not start a subscription.
Before live sales, the final price and any applicable taxes, cancellation and refund arrangements, statutory consumer rights, operator identity and support details will be provided at checkout and in the published commercial terms. No refund policy or waiver of statutory rights is established by this preview.
Review your result
Review the signature position, transcript, video and audio before publishing. Automatic captions can contain errors, especially with slang, names or overlapping speech. Keep the editor open during processing and download the result before leaving. Compatible browser export may take approximately the clip’s duration and require another tap to start.
Optional advertising
Advertising placements are prepared but network ads are not active. If enabled, optional ads are clearly labeled and do not replace download controls. Declining advertising does not prevent use of the free downloader. A signed-in Pro account is excluded from these homepage ads. See the privacy notice for data processing and preferences.
Service availability
Third-party download services can fail or restrict access. ClippyTag does not guarantee that every TikTok link can be downloaded. Scheduling, automatic publishing and social-account connections are not included in this preview. Local processing uses your device’s resources.
